Service Charges

For Clients (Employers)

1. Registration Fee:
   • There is no any fee to register with our platform.
2. Placement Fee:
   • A placement fee of 8.33% of the annual salary of the domestic worker/employee.
   • Alternatively, a flat fee of INR 1000 to 15000 (depending on the position and requirements).
3. Replacement Guarantee:
   • Free replacement within 30 days if the domestic worker leaves or is terminated within the period.
4. Additional Services:
   • Background verification: INR 3000
   • Standard Medical check-up: INR 5000
   • Training services: INR 3000

For Candidates (Domestic Workers)

1. Registration Fee:
   • Free registration.
2. Placement Fee:
   • No charge for placement.
3. Training:
   • Optional training programs available at a nominal fee of INR 1000 to 3000 (if applicable).
